Plow in Pilates-
• Spinal Articulation & Mobility: It promotes the flexibility of the spine by requiring it to roll up and down, mobilizing the vertebrae.
• Strengthening Posterior Chain: It targets the muscles of the upper back, rear deltoids, and lats, helping to correct poor posture and counteract rounded shoulders.
• Deep Core Control: requires deep abdominal stabilization to control the movement of the legs and spine, preventing the back from straining.
• Shoulder Mobility: It opens and increases the range of motion in the shoulder joints.
• Stretching: It provides a deep, comprehensive stretch for the hamstrings, glutes, and the entire back, from the neck to the pelvis.
