Better days For the past six years, I have been a licensed massage practitioner in Seattle.

Four years ago, after becoming a certified Cranio-Sacral Therapist I started to take a different approach to my bodywork. While working in chiropractic and medical massage clinics I found my passion for massage with injury treatment, rehabilitation and chronic pain. I aim to always work within my client's pain limits and to address the root issue of the problem area. My desire is to help your body shift at it's pace to be more balanced; Over time I want my clients to be able to hold a more positive posture and to take a fuller breath with ease. My main objective is to redefine what it means to "feel good."
