Led by our radiant co-regulator Jazz, we dropped out of our heads and back into our bodies, shaking off the chaos, sighing out the stress, and stacking solid deposits into our mental wealth piggy banks one breath at a time.
From juicy movement to an impromptu mini sound bath in savasana (aka the collective ahhh, and maybe a snore or two, heard ‘round Tamuning), we built peace like it was currency in community.
That’s somatic movement, baby. It’s nervous system rehab the body needs to feel safe. It’s how we remind the mind it’s not the only one running the show.
