We shook off the chaos, sighed out the stress, and built peace like it was currency.

Led by our radiant co-regulator Jazz, we dropped out of our heads and back into our bodies, shaking off the chaos, sighing out the stress, and stacking solid deposits into our mental wealth piggy banks one breath at a time.

From juicy movement to an impromptu mini sound bath in savasana (aka the collective ahhh, and maybe a snore or two, heard ‘round Tamuning), we built peace like it was currency in community.

That’s somatic movement, baby. It’s nervous system rehab the body needs to feel safe. It’s how we remind the mind it’s not the only one running the show.

Because no matter what’s swirling out there (the deadlines, the drama, the world doing the most), you’ve got tools to regulate in here

That’s the real flex: calm on the inside when the outside is chaos 💛

Restart. Refocus. Rebuild.

Every time I step on the mat, I’m reminded that healing isn’t linear. Some days it’s strength, other days it’s surrender. Yoga isn’t just movement it’s a conversation with the self, a pause, a breath, a reset.
Mental health isn’t always visible, but it’s always valid. This practice teaches me to meet myself where I am without judgment, without pressure. Just presence.

On the mat, he guides students through accessible and empowering yoga practices, helping them build strength and clarity.
