YogaChill Studio Yogachill is a Hot Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Studio Yogachill offers Beginner's Yoga, Hot Yoga, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

The studio and students are very friendly and welcoming. We invite you to join our studio--no previous yoga experience is required! You don't have to be flexible, strong, young, or fit to do yoga, you just have to be willing to give it a try! Modifications are offered to suit your abilities. The Hot Yoga class at Yogachill is equipped with professionally installed state-of-the-art FAR Infrared heaters that raise the body’s core temperature in a natural, comfortable way without blowing hot, dry air. Last night’s RADI8 room showed up ready to work.

The heat was up, the vinyasa kept everyone moving, and the room was fully locked in from start to finish. You could feel the focus. Effort in every posture, breath steady through the flow, people pushing themselves and supporting each other at the same time.

Everyone working through the practice in their own way, meeting the sequence with the breath they brought to the mat that day.

That’s what makes this community special. People show up, give their best, and leave a little lighter than when they walked in.

Hot 26 Express is a different kind of work. Slower, quieter, and deeply focused. No music, just breath, discipline, and the sequence.

The Bikram-inspired system is designed with compression postures, stretching postures, and two pranayama breathing exercises. The balance between effort and recovery helps build strength, improve flexibility, and sharpen concentration over time.

Heated classes are just one part of what we do here. Our Ashtanga practice is the heart of the studio, and Beginner’s Yoga on Tuesdays keeps the foundation strong for everyone who walks through the door.

Our Story

Yogachill’s founder, Jo Ichihara has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for over 20 years. She’s trained in India, London, Los Angeles, Japan, Singapore and other locations throughout the world accumulating over 1000 hours of intensive teacher training. Jo has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. As Guam’s first and only ashtanga yoga studio, Yogachill, was started in 2008. All are welcome and the studio and students are very friendly and welcoming. We invite you to join our studio--no previous yoga experience required! You don't have to be flexible, strong, young or fit to do yoga, you just have to be willing to give it a try! Modifications are offered to suit your abilities.
