The studio and students are very friendly and welcoming. We invite you to join our studio--no previous yoga experience is required! You don't have to be flexible, strong, young, or fit to do yoga, you just have to be willing to give it a try! Modifications are offered to suit your abilities. The Hot Yoga class at Yogachill is equipped with professionally installed state-of-the-art FAR Infrared heaters that raise the body’s core temperature in a natural, comfortable way without blowing hot, dry air. Christmas morning in Guam 🤍Before the roads filled. Before the kitchens warmed. Before the day asked anything of anyone —our studio was already breathing.Some came from their usual rhythm.Some were visiting family. Some stepped onto a mat here for the very first time. Mats laid down by people choosing to care for their bodies, their breath, and their nervous systems —in the middle of a full season and a full year. Christmas also carries the quiet close of another chapter. And this room has held so much of that work. After practice, we stayed. We talked. We laughed. We shared stories and simple fellowship before heading back into the day. Thank you to everyone who made this morning what it was. Our Story

Yogachill’s founder, Jo Ichihara has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for over 20 years. She’s trained in India, London, Los Angeles, Japan, Singapore and other locations throughout the world accumulating over 1000 hours of intensive teacher training. Jo has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. As Guam’s first and only ashtanga yoga studio, Yogachill, was started in 2008. All are welcome and the studio and students are very friendly and welcoming. We invite you to join our studio--no previous yoga experience required! You don't have to be flexible, strong, young or fit to do yoga, you just have to be willing to give it a try! Modifications are offered to suit your abilities.
