Rehabilitation Services With an estimated 50.000 people with disabilities in Guyana, there is a third of the population directly affected by disability.

Rehabilitation Services in Guyana has several disciplines, including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Audiology, manufacturing of Prosthetic and Orthotoc appliances and Vocational Skill Training for persons with disabilities. A disability is the constrictions put on someone with an impairment (temporary or permanent) to participate fully in our society. Therefore the need of Rehabilitation Services in Guyana is high.
