Eye Testing & Spectacle Vouchers
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

If the optometrist determines that you require spectacles, you will be issued a prescription. You must return to the distribution site with that prescription along with a valid form of identification to collect the spectacles voucher, valued at $15,000.
