R.H Diet Café & Gym We help to inspire and motivate gym members to reach their fitness goals and to stay healthy. All meals will have a calorie goal of 510 Kcal/ a meal or less.

We offer a gym with modern equipment all tested and cleared to maximum weight limits. A courteous, professional and experienced personal trainer to provide support and guidance, to enhance and improve a healthy physical lifestyle. This will also be achieved by weekly workout plans and guide to help clients achieve their body goals. The diet cafe caters to everyone who appreciates a beautiful blend of delicious balanced and healthy meals on the go. These meals will be comprising of a variety of food from the different food groups such as; carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, minerals and vitamins to help maintain a balance but delicious diet.

4. Stay away from junk foods
5. Understand your body
6. Sleep well!
7. Track your calories and exercise
8. Treat yourself
9. Seek treatment
10. Reduce cardio and focus on muscle building workouts
11. Muscle building exercises should focus on adding weights
instead of doing lots of reps
12. Don’t go to the gym every day
13. Eat 200 – 300 more calories than you burn daily
14. Add extra protein to your plate
15. Add good healthy carbs
16. Eat regular meals three times a day
17. Snack between meals
18. Drink your calories
19. Add whey protein to milk, juices or teas
20. Never skip breakfast
21. Add fatty fish
