CANCELLATION POLICY… Just a quick reminder…

✅ iBT implements the industry-standard 24-hour cancellation policy which has been in force since opening.
We understand that genuine emergencies do happen as well as much more travel these days so we do endeavour to be as flexible as possible atriums your busy schedule. However missed appointments or late cancellations mean lost income to therapists and lost opportunities for others to be treated.

So, if you’re unable to attend for any reason, please inform us at least the day before your scheduled appointment so we may offer your time to someone else who may be eagerly waiting.

⏰ Booking reminders are sent for your convenience so any missed appointments are charged in full.

Jeffrey Chan, RMT, has received an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy at Centennial College and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario (CMTO) in Canada since 2017. Prior to his program, he had a 4-month internship in Hong Kong to learn "Dit Da". He became intrigued with the process of healing in the body, and was fascinated with learning anatomy and biomechanics of the body in school. Shortly after registering, he took the opportunity to work at Sutherland-Chan for 3 years. He moved to Canada for 2 years and worked alongside chiropractors treating a wide spread of clients including young athletes, pregnant women & the elderly.

Jeffrey likes to focus on deep tissue massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy but offers a variety of styles to gear to his clients' needs.
