Honored to have partnered with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on October 2025, to deliver a workshop focused on mental wellbeing for their dedicated staff.
During our “Mental Health Across All Ages” sharing, we explored mental health challenges spanning children, youth, working adults, and the elderly—drawing from both local research and global findings. We discussed:
The rising prevalence of stress, anxiety, and depression across Hong Kong’s workforce, with work-related burnout and its impact highlighted by recent studies.
The unique risk factors and warning signs affecting children, adolescents, and Gen Z, including academic stress, digital addiction, and increasing rates of self-harm and su***de.
Mental health in later life stages, addressing cognitive decline, depression, and the importance of successful retirement preparation and meaningful social engagement.
Evidence-based stress reduction strategies applicable at the individual, organizational, and community levels—including positive self-talk, mindfulness, and leadership training.
Grateful for SFC’s commitment to staff wellbeing and for the opportunity to foster open dialogue on these important topics. Mental health is a lifelong journey—and a shared responsibility.
Thank you to the SFC team for your engagement and dedication to building a healthier, more supportive workplace!
