We’re starting a new community Hiking Club – and we’re kicking off with the iconic Hong Kong Trail!

Every other Friday, we’ll tackle 2 sections at a relaxed but steady pace. Perfect for anyone who loves nature, good vibes, and meeting fellow outdoor enthusiasts.

Sections 1 and 2: November 21st at 11:30 (The Peak)
Sections 3 and 4: TBC
Sections 5 and 6: TBC

Join us for a Puppy Yoga Release Charity Class on November 23 at 12 PM!

Get ready to stretch, snuggle, and play with adorable puppies while supporting Villa Kunterbunt, a Lantau-based dog rescue and animal shelter. 100% of proceeds go directly to their mission of rescuing and rehoming pets, primarily dogs, with the hope that some of these playful pups find their forever homes!

No yoga experience needed—just bring an open heart and a love for furry friends! Expect plenty of downward dogs, puppy cuddles, and tail-wagging fun to melt away stress.

The minimum donation is $300, with a cash box available at reception. Spots are limited, so secure your mat now on Eventbrite.

For this year’s edition of Halloween Spooktacular, we will be swapping all our sweat classes for some spook! Come dressed in your most creative costumes and flow! We have set themes for each class to get you inspired to dress and impress. You have five chances to dress up, sweat, flow, and repeat with us! All “Spook” and GLOWGA classes will be set in our signature infrared heat.

FLOWGA is turning 5! To celebrate we will be having an Open House on Saturday, May 17 from 10am to 230pm!

We will be offering FREE teaser classes from 1030am till 2pm. Drop in for an express teaser version of your favourite Sweat class or try out a class or teacher you’ve never dropped into before! We will also have fun games and prizes to be won! It will be a party you won’t want to miss!

Our doors will open at 10am with classes starting at 1030am. Bring your friends and sign up on MindBody to lock in your mat! This is the perfect opportunity to try out something new at our studio!

Are we going to be bent all out of shape with all of these great offers this month? Or will it be from our FLOWCUS of Twists and Binds?! All month long, we will be working on binds that are often challenging and inaccessible. But in the hot room… anything could happen. Our teachers will guide you safely to find your version of a deep twist and to modify to make every practice accessible to every type of body. You might just find yourself twisting and binding upside down!
