She was the first person who introduced me to micro expressions 15 years ago and it opened my eyes to a whole new level of connection and relationships. Everyone talks about communication and language skills and what does an OT like me know about any of it, so thank you Kim, and I’m still using all the theories in my daily work to this day. It has changed my way of working forever.
