經絡瑜伽-冬季養藏❄️

這課堂將中醫智慧與瑜伽體式相結合，透過特定的序列，幫助您強健腎臟、疏通膀胱經、滋補元氣，安然度過寒冬。

🔹順應冬藏，固本培元🔹

冬天，是大自然萬物閉藏、休養生息的季節。中醫經典《黃帝內經》告訴我們：「冬三月，此謂閉藏……無擾乎陽，早臥晚起，必待日光。」此時，人體的陽氣也應順應自然，向內收斂、儲存能量。

在五行中，冬季對應「腎」，而「腎藏精，主骨生髓，通於腦」，是我們生命能量的根本庫房。與腎相表裡的膀胱經，則是人體最長的排毒通道，貫穿整個背部。冬季養生，關鍵在於滋養腎氣、溫通膀胱經，將精氣神牢牢鎖在體內，為來年的春天積蓄蓬勃的生機。

呢半年，Cherry 到底做緊乜？
知道大家都有呢個疑問，今日就同大家分享下我的心路歷程。

過去半年，我放慢腳步，讓身體好好休息，同時亦深入學習經絡、五行、氣功等傳統智慧。我將這些元素慢慢融入瑜伽之中，探索怎樣深化練習，讓
練習不只停留於體式，而係可以更豐富、更深入、更有層次的轉化身體同心靈，達至真正嘅身心靈健康。

今次嘅重整，對我嚟講就好似鳳凰涅槃，係一次重生。我將會以全新方式教學，同大家回到瑜伽最根本嘅狀態——「沒有深化的過程，就很難有真正的轉化。」 讓我們回歸根本，由內而外，從心靈的轉化，到改變自然顯現於身體。一起開啟身心合一的全新篇章，邁向更健康、更完整的人生。

除此以外瑜伽室的空間和能量也調整了，更溫暖、更放鬆。

What Has Cherry Been Up to For The Past Six Months?

I know everyone has been wondering about this, and today, I'd like to share my journey and the reflections I've had along the way.

For the past six months, I deliberately slowed down my pace to allow my body to rest properly. At the same time, I immersed myself in deep study of traditional wisdom such as meridians, the Five Elements, and Qigong. I've been gradually integrating these elements into my yoga practice, exploring how to deepen the practice so that it goes beyond just physical postures.

This recalibration for me has been like a phoenix rising from the ashes—a true rebirth.

I will return with a completely new approach to teaching, guiding everyone back to the most fundamental state of yoga: "Without a process of deepening, true transformation is difficult to achieve."

Let us return to the roots. We will start from within, allowing the inner spiritual transformation to naturally manifest itself in the physical body. Together, let's embark on a new chapter of mind-body integration and move towards a healthier, more complete life.

Furthermore, the studio's space and energy have been refreshed—it's now even warmer and more relaxing.

Yoga˙A beautiful encounter happened few years before. Delightfully, my family and I have a great passion for it. Since then, life is becoming calmer and more spacious; that’s simply rich. My family and I grew up in this island, Cheung Chau. The hills, waters, trees, flowers, Master Cats and Buddy Dogs; all lives are so sparkling and vivid.

One day, I had a daydream of spreading the blissful feeling of Yoga to the corners of Cheung Chau by awaking our forgotten innate joy. Bliss˙Love˙Peace are contagious. One joyful spirit is sufficient to radiant for one family and then keep spreading towards their surroundings. As such, with the great support from my family and based on this simple and heartfelt daydream, I met all friends at Simplyog.
