" The LED Therapy Light Red has truly impressed me. Its sleek, lightweight design makes it highly portable and convenient to use anywhere around the house. I often use it while watching TV, during conference calls, or just before going to bed.
The wrap-style design is especially versatile—it allows me to target different areas such as my shoulders, lower back, hips, legs, and waist with ease. I primarily use it to relieve muscle soreness and loosen tight muscles after workouts, and I’ve found the results to be satisfying. I’ve also tried using it to improve my skin condition, though I haven’t noticed significant changes yet—perhaps it needs more consistent, longer-term use.
That said, there are a couple of areas where the product could be improved. It would be great to have an additional strap to help secure the pad more firmly in some areas like the shoulder head, neck (SCM), or piriformis region. An indicator showing which mode (660 nm / 850 nm emitters) is active would also make operation more visible.

" 用了兩個月先來寫評語， 因為工作關係，一年前出現腳底筋膜炎，小腿有黏連， 腳踭，腳眼，膝頭都痛， 範圍非常廣 。
做了半年多物理治療， 一直未能根治 ，只要走的時間長或者搬重物， 又會好痛 。
用紅光燈初期有即時鬆弛的效果， 但這種鬆弛是短暫的。 但我每日堅持照三次， 配合拉筋， 筋膜刀， 終於有成績， 現在走路時間長都不怎麼痛了 ，搬重物暫時還不行。
特別是筋膜刀配合紅光機效果明顯， 每次用完筋膜刀粘連位都會有瘀傷， 用紅光機照兩天左右瘀傷就會復完，又可以進行下一次筋膜刀。 如果不用紅光機，要等10日才可以進行第二次的筋膜刀 療程。紅光機加速了我復原的進度。
總結紅光機對新傷效果比較明顯， 舊患效果慢， 要堅持。
小小心得，做機的時候每個部位最少要照三次， 充滿電的時候照最有用， 說明書說每次叉滿電可以用160次， 但我做50次左右就會叉電。 " review by Lui M.
