【健康資訊節目 – 精靈1點】
【世界骨骼關節行動月|香港電台31台《精靈一點》專題】
今集以「跨世代骨骼健康」為題,邀請兩位資深骨科專科醫生 -傅俊謙醫生及馬景熹醫生 ,分享從兒童到長者的骨骼與關節健康重點:
• 兒童及青少年:透過充足攝取鈣質及維他命D,加上定期進行負重及阻力運動,可增強骨質密度,預防骨折及變形。
• 成年人及長者:及早察覺膝關節或髖關節關節炎徵狀,並了解現代治療方法,如導航及機械臂輔助手術,有助提高手術精準度及康復速度。
預防、管理與治療並重,建立終身骨骼健康。
每年十月為【世界骨骼關節行動周】。今年,香港骨科醫學會 (HKOA) 慶祝成立60周年,並聯同杏林骨幹慈善基金會(HKMSHF)於社區舉辦多項免費健康教育活動,邀請大家一同參與!

【Bone & Joint Action Week|RTHK31 “Healthpedia” Feature】
This episode, “Bone Health Across Generations,” features orthopaedic specialists Dr Henry Fu and Dr Arthur Ma, who share expert insights on bone and joint health from childhood to old age:
• For children and adolescents – building strong bones through sufficient calcium and vitamin D intake, together with regular weight-bearing and resistance exercises, helps boost bone density and prevent fractures or deformities.
• For adults and seniors – recognising early signs of knee or hip arthritis, seeking timely assessment, and keeping up to date with latest surgical advances, such as navigation or robotic-assisted surgery, which can improve precision and recovery.
Together, these form a holistic approach to lifelong bone health – from prevention to treatment.
Every October marks Bone & Joint Action Week. This year, the Hong Kong Orthopaedic Association (HKOA) celebrates its 60th anniversary and partners with the Hong Kong Musculoskeletal Health Foundation (HKMSHF) to launch a series of free community health education events.
