Charlottie is a physiotherapist specializing in sports injuries and rehabilitation. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Physiotherapy from Curtin University and has experience in hospital settings.

As a volleyball player, Charlottie understands the recovery process and utilizes techniques such as manual therapy and acupuncture. She believes in a patient-centred approach, providing personalised care tailored to each person’s needs, goals, and stage of recovery.

Cindy () demonstrates a few movements that physiotherapists often consider when assessing readiness, such as

✅ Walking comfortably for 30 minutes
✅ Balancing on one leg for 10 seconds each side
✅ Doing 10 single-leg squats each side
✅ Jog in place for 1 minute
✅ Doing 10 forward bounds with soft landings
✅ Hopping in place 10 times each leg
✅ Finishing 10 running man reps each side

Every postpartum journey is different, and there’s no universal checklist that applies to everyone.
