大部分學員可能最熟悉我們的常規團體課程——如核心Core、哈達Hatha、筋膜Fascia等——這些課程的主要收穫是透過深度伸展和強效力量訓練來改善身體狀態。

然而,要達致全面的身心健康,身體和心靈需要並駕齊驅——擁有強健的體魄只是開端;我們的心靈同樣需要成長和進步。為了更深入地探索「動靜合一」的境界——這正是我們瑜伽室的核心理念,強調身體、心靈與靈性之間的連結——我們建議以下循序漸進的學習旅程,每個階段都聚焦於不同層面,並具有不同的學習「深度」:

【立春 🌿 :喚醒身心,迎接馬年新氣象】

正所謂「一年之計在於春」,好的開始和計劃可奠定新一年氣機理順的一大半!

明天2月4號正好就是立春之日。按照農曆曆法,新一年由明日起正式開始。在這個重要的日子,我們該如何把握時機,為身心作好準備,迎接馬年的來臨呢?

🌱 舒展肝木,啟動身體的「生長開關」
春屬木,對應人體的肝膽。肝主疏泄,喜條達(舒展)。經過冬天的收斂,立春就是要把縮起來的身體「打開」。你會發現在我們的瑜伽練習中,我們會多專注於側腰伸展(Side Stretches)。透過拉長身體兩側的膽經,能有效排解鬱結,讓心情像春天的枝芽一樣舒暢。同時,立春也是排毒的好時機。加入適度的扭轉動作(Twists),能溫和地按摩腹部器官,促進肝臟代謝,幫你清走過年期間累積的負擔,由內而外散發馬年所需的活力與衝勁。

☀️順應陽氣,早起的鳥兒有蟲吃🐦
立春後陽氣升發,建議大家可以比冬天早一點起床,有時間的話更可以在晨光中練習幾遍太陽向禮式(Sun Salutation)。這不僅是向自然致敬,更是透過流動的呼吸,將大地的能量吸入體內,建立一整年的正向能量場。

🍵飲食與心境的調和
除了墊上的練習,生活中可多吃綠色蔬菜,保持心情開朗。記住,肝最怕「鬱」。在馬年之始,讓我們練習放下舊有的情緒包袱,以輕盈的姿態起跑。

人生,對的答案重要?或是你的答案重要?

這是一個有趣的問題!還有點作弄了大家的思維邏輯🤭 但還是謝謝大家踴躍參與!

以下三個大家的回應比較有印象:
🔸答案並不重要,因為:一切有為法,如夢幻泡影,如露亦如電,應作如是觀
🔸自己的答案重要
🔸我揀第三種答案,答案藏在體會之中,旅途中發現的風景與意義

大家觀察一下,是不是有著兩種遺憾:一個對的答案,若是給出的時機不對,是不是會帶來錯誤的後果?
又或是有人給出了一個對的答案,但卻未親身實踐,是不是亦是徒勞?

那麼,究竟什麼才重要?

我想,是「你對的答案」——這答案裡有你的體溫、你的足跡,並與恰當的時空共鳴。當你的「對」,與世界的「合」相遇,一切便順遂安然。

這大約便是,順天應時,天人合一。

In this journey of life, which holds more weight: the correct answer, or your answer?

It is a curious question, isn‘t it? A bit of a play on our usual logic—yet I am so grateful for everyone’s soulful contributions.

Among the many reflections, three stood out (original were in Chinese):
• The answer matters not: For all phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, or shadows; like dew or a flash of lightning—thus should they be contemplated.
• One’s own answer is paramount.
• A third path: The answer lies hidden within experience; it is found in the landscapes discovered and the meanings forged along the way.

Consider this: do we not often encounter two types of regret? If a ”correct“ answer is given at the wrong moment, does it not lead to a mistaken end? Or, if one possesses the ”right“ answer but never walks the path to live it, is it not all in vain?

So, what truly matters?
I believe it is ”Your Correct Answer“—a truth that carries the warmth of your breath, the dust of your footsteps, and a resonance with the right time and space. When your inner ”Rightness“ meets the world’s ”Harmony,“ all things flow in peace.

This, perhaps, is what it means to follow the Heavens and move with the seasons—the sacred union of the Soul and the Universe.

世上很多事情無法預計
有些人因為這樣的不確定性感到憂慮
但換一個角度來看
人生有時也像開盲盒似的
還未打開又哪知當中不是心頭所好?
而開了即使不是當下想要的,又哪知它不是更合適的?

「不確定性」,正是其「可變動的特質」,不好的也可能變好,好的仍是會繼續轉化,本是如此,好好去觀照世間的事物,會發現它另一種美。

得之我命 失之我幸(必有所學)

So much in this world cannot be foreseen.
Some grow anxious because of that uncertainty.
But try another perspective,
and life sometimes feels like opening a blind box—
before it’s opened, how could you know it isn’t exactly what your heart desires?
And once it’s opened, even if it isn’t what you wanted in that moment,
who’s to say it isn’t what suits you better?

“Uncertainty” is, by nature, changeable.
What seems bad may yet turn good;
what is good will continue to transform.
This is simply how things are.
Observe the world with care,
and you may discover another kind of beauty hidden within it.

What I gain is my fate
What I lose is my fortune (which must have something to learn from)

從最基本開始,用心感受每一步。偶爾回首,才驚覺原來已走得這麼遠。沿途有時風景如畫,有時風雨飄搖,但只要內在穩定,便能自在地面對世間萬事。

「基本」就是最簡單、最直接的——由腳而上、由內而外、由身至心的融合。透過這份連結,我們能找到內在強大而平靜的心靈 🧘,這是每個人都能做到的。

2025年即將走到尾聲,不妨花些時間回望,思考來年想要修正的細微之處。往往小小的改變,便能奠定堅實的基石,讓我們攜手踏上更精彩的旅程 ⛰️。一個人,或許走得快;但一起,才能走得遠。

真的就這麼簡單嗎?讓我們透過 Hatha Yoga 的練習,重新找回站立時也能「grounded」、穩如泰山的感覺。

“Less is more.” Start from the basics, let us mindfully experience each step we take. Looking back, one will be surprised by how far they’ve come. Throughout the journey, the scenery evolves -sometimes picturesque, sometimes stormy - but as long as one remains grounded, they shall face all changes in life with ease.

By “Basics”, we mean the simplest and most innate human body experience - the connection that runs from feet upward, from inside out, from body to mind. It is this conscious mind-body wholeness that restores our inner strength and peace 🧘, which is something everyone is capable of achieving.

As 2025 draws to a close, why not take some time to reflect and consider the subtle adjustments you’d like to make in the coming year? Often, small changes can lay solid foundations, allowing us to embark on a remarkable journey together ⛰️. Alone, you may go fast; but together, we can go far.

Is it really that “simple”? Join us rediscover that feeling of being “grounded” through the practice of Hatha Yoga. Experience what it means to be as steady and grounded as a mountain, even while standing.

Cultivate oneself, regulate the family, govern the state, and bring peace to the world — The Book of Rites

小時候讀書,看到這句話,只覺得「嗯,知道了」。
邏輯上很順:先修自己,再管家,然後治國、平天下。

但長大後發現,若人沒修好自己,
一些看似無關痛癢的小習性——
愛發脾氣、常抱怨、遇事就怪責別人——
當生活圈子變大,這些毛病也會放大。

一點小性子,在人多的地方,
就可能變成大風波。
結果呢?還是自己承受,
再親的人,也幫不到你去承擔那種感與受。

也許這就是世間的奧妙:
它會放大我們沒修好的地方,
讓我們看得更清楚,也更有機會修正。

錯,並不是問題;
一錯再錯,才是。
「修」,就是修正。
錯了就改,多麼美好啊。

As a kid, I read this line and thought, “Got it.”
It made perfect sense — start small, then go big.
Fix yourself, then your home, then the world.

But in life, I realized —
if a person hasn’t truly cultivated themselves,
even tiny habits can grow into big storms.
A quick temper, constant complaints,
always blaming others — small flaws, big ripples.

As our world expands,
unrefined habits follow us and magnify.
And the price? We pay it ourselves.
No one — not even those closest to us —
can carry the weight of our resentment.

Maybe that’s the mystery of the world:
it magnifies our flaws so we can see them,
and gives us the chance to grow.

A mistake isn’t the problem.
Repeating it is.
To “cultivate” is to correct.
To see a fault and amend it — how beautiful is that?

上週日有個學生傳訊息給我:「老師,我頸後和耳朵都腫了,好難受。」
我讓他休息兩天,再來上課看看。

到了週二,他人來了,氣色還有點悶。
我看了一眼,熱氣卡在那裡,上不去也下不來。
我想了一下,問他:「你是不是前兩天吃多了?」
他愣了一下,沉默三秒後突然笑出來:「你怎麼知道!我週六吃了朋友生日餐!」
我接著說:「果然~週日才開始疼對吧?」
他點頭,笑著說:「你比我還懂我自己。」

大家都笑了,但身體不會開玩笑。
不好的食物、不好的情緒,它都會乖乖地幫你「收藏起來」。

Last Sunday, a student messaged me:
“Teacher, my neck and ears are swollen. So uncomfortable.”
I told him to rest a bit and come back Tuesday.

Tuesday came. He still looked stuck — literally.
I took one look and said, “You probably overate a few days ago, didn’t you?”
He froze, thought for a moment, then burst out laughing:
“How did you know?! I had a huge birthday dinner on Saturday!”
I said, “Makes sense — the pain hit you on Sunday!”
He laughed again: “You know me too well.”

We laughed, but the body doesn’t joke.
It remembers every bad meal and every emotion you didn’t digest.
When it’s had enough, it simply says: ‘I’m done!’

After a class of cooling yoga and fascia release, the swelling eased — and so did his mind.
The body never lies. It’s just the most honest part of us.
