今天是中醫節

中醫以“中”為本，以東方哲學思想為指導，講究天人合一、陰陽平衡、五行生剋、類比取相、六經辨證，通過養護、激發和調整人類免疫系統，保持免疫系統活力與陰陽平衡，讓外邪不內勤，保持身體健康的醫學體系。

以陰陽五行作為理論基礎，將人體看成是氣、形、神的統一體，通過「望、聞、問、切」四診合參的方法，使用中藥、針灸、推拿、按摩、拔罐、氣功、食療等多種治療手段，使人體達到陰陽調和而康復。

中醫的目標是把人治好了。從大處入手：天、地、人。強調個人獨特性—不同的病人即使所患疾病大致相同，但由於個人身體狀況不同則必須採用不同的治療措施，不同的藥品。並且強調人與自然的統一，同種疾病在不同年齡、不同地區、不同季節處理方法會不同。

中醫養生是傳統中國特色的保健方式，也越來越受人們的重視。中醫養生的原理：在於順應和調動人體的自愈力，也就是中醫里常說的「正氣」。中醫最突出的特點是「治未病」，未病先防以相應中醫行之有效的預防措施防患未然，控制情況惡化或防止疾病的轉變，做這些努力的目的，其實就是延緩得病、減少發病，進入疾病狀態也能有效縮短病期。
