Note: Central workshops will be run in English while workshops in Quarry Bay will be run in Cantonese.

We welcome our Physio Anna back to Evolve after a period of maternity leave. Anna enjoys working with women during pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, and can help treat conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence and prolapse. She is also an advocate for preventative healthcare, whether that be birth preparation or tailored postnatal rehab.
Anna is looking forward to seeing familiar faces in the clinic and meeting new ones too!

If you suffer symptoms of “overactive bladder” or increased frequency/urgency the festive season can be a particularly challenging time. After ruling out a medical infection, these are some of our top tips

- avoid dehydration as the bladder can become more irritated.
- hydrate slowly during the day - sipping water & don’t consume a whole glass in one go.
- understand what beverages irritate your bladder & reduce.
- avoid constipation.
- try & keep up your regular exercise routine.
- maintain pelvic floor strength & coordination.
