作為 In-motion studio 的Administrator,Yannie 除了負責日常營運事務外,亦因本工作室為 Polestar 官方認證的 Host Centre,同時肩負相關課程的行政支援,包括處理客戶查詢、學員溝通及課程協調等工作,確保前線與後勤流暢運作,為學員及客戶提供專業而貼心的服務。

Yannie is the Administrator at In-motion studio and has been an integral part of the team since she joined. She often shares how happy she is to be a member of the In-motion family—whether it’s the studio management , the students, or the clients, everyone is incredibly kind and friendly. The warm and positive atmosphere makes work feel like play, and she genuinely feels like she‘s found a second home.
As the In-motion studio’s administrator, Yannie manages daily operations and also supports Polestar-related work, as In-motion is an official Polestar Host Centre. Her responsibilities include responding to client inquiries and assisting students with their questions—making every day dynamic and fulfilling.
Yannie also reflects on how her understanding of Pilates has evolved. She used to think Pilates was similar to yoga, but soon discovered it’s quite different. Pilates not only helps with stretching, but is also highly effective in relieving pain in different areas of the body—making it a great practice for those looking to improve their physical well-being.

Flat feet may seem like just a foot issue, but they actually cause a shift in the body‘s overall postural alignment. The soles of the feet, knees, lower back are prone to soreness due to long-term compensation, and the stability of daily movements is also reduced.
Pilates designs customized training for the core issues of flat feet. Instead of artificially creating a foot arch, it precisely activates the foot arch supporting muscles, links the core and lower limbs to build a stable support system, corrects the poor alignment of foot eversion (flat foot) and knee valgus (knees caving in), and allows muscles to naturally bear the foot pressure, reducing compensatory damage from the root. Acquired flat feet can be improved gradually, and congenital flat feet can also get effective relief from discomfort.
