Lily, a versatile instructor with 8 years of Muay Thai combat experience and a seasoned runner, proves Pilates’ powerful empowerment through her own journey!
As someone who balances long-term sports with a sedentary lifestyle, she used to suffer from ”turtle neck“ and lower back tightness, and even sustained sports injuries due to improper exertion—until Pilates helped her activate deep small muscle groups, boost running endurance, and completely eliminate sedentary discomfort.
Unlike purely theoretical instructors, she truly understands athletes‘ needs for ”enhancing performance and preventing injuries“ and empathizes deeply with sedentary people’s posture anxiety.
