Happy Monday everyone! Here is a green smoothie recipe that is full of fiber, minerals, vitamins, healthy fat, protein and flavor.

- 1/4 pear
- 1 kiwi
- 1 small celery stick
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp of soaked chia seed
- 1 tbsp of vegan protein powder
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp of coconut cream
- 1 cup of water

It’s great for detoxing, very filling, with a creamy, satisfying flavor. It’s vegan and gluten free. Enjoy this smoothie for breakfast as a great way to start your day. Give it a try and lemme know what you think!
