上瑜伽課的時候，經常會使用一些瑜伽輔助工具，例如瑜伽輪、瑜伽磚、瑜伽帶，按摩球等等，往往能改變一個動作的肌肉控制，呼吸，伸展深入度，及治療功效。

最近自我練習時，開始探索使用毛巾作為輔助工具，並把練習的式子做得很慢，又發覺了身體更多的可能性！

My body has been nagging me these past few days and is still in its own healing process. It is an ongoing journey to learn how to take care of my mind and body. A simple little change can have a rippling effect over the whole picture. What a blessing to feel fully alive again and to reset my body with invigorating morning yoga practices. Namaste 🙏
