If you’re in the 61% who didn’t hit or only partially hit your goals – don’t worry! Health and wellness are rarely a straight line, and life often gets in the way of our best intentions. Don’t be discouraged – use this as a learning opportunity for when you set your goals for 2026, and consider:
Are your goals realistic for your lifestyle?
Do you have the right support systems in place?
Did an unexpected life event throw you off course?
There’s no shame in pivoting! Use these insights to adapt your intensity, how you exercise, or reset your goals to things that are more motivating, realistic, or achievable. Take the opportunity to reset, recalibrate, and enter 2026 with health goals that fit how your life is right now, rather than how you wish it was.
