👃💤 係咪成日覺得個鼻塞住，抖氣唔順，甚至影響睡眠質素？

一伸手拉安全帶就覺得肩膀痛？🚨 小心係肩周炎警號！

搭任何交通工具，都要乖乖扣好安全帶。不過，當你向後伸手拉帶嗰一下，膊頭有冇突然傳來一陣劇痛？😖

如果你發現：
✅ 扣安全帶時，手臂難以向後伸展
✅ 著衫、梳頭、甚至去洗手間都有困難
✅ 夜晚瞓覺壓住膊頭會痛醒

⚠️ 注意：安全帶一定要扣，但痛楚唔好忍！
呢啲「活動受限」嘅情況，未必只係普通拉傷，好大機會係 「五十肩」（肩周炎） 或者 肩袖撕裂 嘅早期訊號。

肩周炎如果唔理佢，關節可能會越來越僵硬，甚至演變成「凍結肩」 (frozen shoulder)。

👨‍⚕️ 專業建議：唔好以為「痛多幾日就會好」，及早由骨科專科醫生或物理治療師評估，透過藥物或針對性治療，可以大大縮短康復時間，重拾活動自如！

Shoulder pain when reaching back to fasten your seatbelt? 🚨
It may be a warning sign of frozen shoulder.

Fastening your seatbelt should be a simple reflex. But when you reach back to pull the strap, do you feel a sudden, sharp pain in your shoulder? 😖

If you notice:
✅ Difficulty reaching backwards (like for a seatbelt or back pocket)
✅ Pain or stiffness when dressing, brushing hair, or reaching overhead
✅ Shoulder pain at night that wakes you up when lying on the affected side

⚠️ Note: Always fasten your seatbelt — but do not ignore the pain.

These limitations may not simply be a minor strain. They could be early signs of frozen shoulder or a rotator cuff tear.

If frozen shoulder is left untreated, the joint capsule may thicken and tighten, eventually leading to a completely “frozen” shoulder.

👨‍⚕️ Professional advice:
Do not assume the pain will go away on its own. Early assessment by an orthopaedic specialist or physiotherapist, together with medication or targeted treatment, can significantly shorten recovery time and help restore normal movement.

小朋友發燒，幾多度先需要擔心？🌡️

溫度計每升一度，家長難免即刻緊張一下。但其實，發燒未必等於病情嚴重，好多時都係小朋友身體對抗感染嘅自然反應。

🤒 好多家長都會問：
- 小朋友發燒幾多度先要睇醫生？
- 小朋友發燒 38°C 係咪正常？

🔍 重點唔只係「幾多度」，而係要同時留意小朋友嘅：
