This is a warm reminder of the 37th SHPHK Annual General Meeting (AGM) cm Educational Seminar 2024. Dinner will be served during the event. (Voting members only)

If you cannot attend the AGM, and you may cast your vote by completing an electronic proxy form available on the Society’s website (https://shphk.org.hk/en/surveys.php?page=1) or by scanning the QR code on the event poster. The e-Proxy is a simple and convenient way to submit your proxy forms within a minute. Alternatively, you may return a hard copy of your proxy form to us on or before 18th July 2024 (Thursday).

(Note: Each member should submit only one proxy form. Duplicate submission of electronic /paper will be excluded).

The 32nd Annual Scientific Congress of the Hong Kong College of Cardiology will be held on 5 – 7 July at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre this year.

Free Admission Quotas for SHPHK Members: 30

If interested, please check your email registered with SHPHK and fill in the registration form, and email it back to info@shphk.org.hk by noon of 19 June 2024 (note: see Conditions below). Should there be more than 30 valid applications, a ballot will be drawn by the General Committee of SHPHK.

Conditions:
All applicants shall adhere to the following conditions:
1. One application will be accepted for each person
2. Eligibility: Only paid-up SHPHK members are eligible to apply for the complimentary ticket. Please ensure that your membership is active and up to date.
3. Notification of successful applicants: All applicants will be notified on the application result before 28 June 2024.
4. After attending the scientific congress, successful applicants are required to send the certificate of attendance to info@shphk.org.hk.
5. By applying for the complimentary ticket, you need to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions set forth by the SHPHK.
6. The complimentary ticket is non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other values.
