"Workout From Home" Facebook Live - From Mon to Sat, 11am Kaleb Choi 蔡錦豐 - 前香港游泳代表隊及甲一籃球隊隊員。因體育知識豐富及熱愛運動， 1997年加入香港某大免費電視廣播公司，長期擔任體育節目主持人，較為人熟悉的是擔任《NBA地帶》的主持及評述，以及製作及演出超過六百多集的iFit@TV節目, 同時擔任多屆奧運會賽事旁述。
現為 《Stretch Koncept》Founder, 致力為大眾提供伸展拉筋治療及局部痛症舒緩復健運動。
在2020年4月，有見Covid-19疫情下大家需保持社交距離留在家中，所以決定開始在Facebook社交平台每星期一至六早上11時免費線上直播，教大家在家做運動及伸展拉筋，藉此希望帶領大家保持運動加強身體健康!
