On October 30th, Siddhi celebrates its first birthday — and we’re marking the occasion with an upgraded Unplug Retreat 🥳

It was featured Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Since then, both our community and personal practice have grown 🌱. So this time, we’re adding new elements to deepen your experience and offer fresh perspectives.

We’re also preparing a few little surprises 🤭 — hope to see you there!

We have only met once when we decided to rent this space together.

We do not have a plan or specific goal but an intention.

We didn’t throw any opening parties or even an announcement, prob because we didn’t feel Iike paying effort to these YET.

This space is to serve ourselves and others, I believe it’s to build trust. We know you can feel it.

🙁Your body doesn’t enjoy sudden movement

🐢 What Happens When You Move 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 Slowly in a Pose?
It’s not just about mindfulness,
Moving slowly is backed by science—and it offers powerful benefits for both body and mind:

🔍 1) Enhances Body Awareness
tune into subtle sensations and activates neural pathways between your body and brain—strengthening your internal “𝓫𝓸𝓭𝔂 𝓼𝓮𝓷𝓼𝓮.”

🌿 2) Regulates the Nervous System
Gentle, intentional movement stimulates the 𝓹𝓪𝓻𝓪𝓼𝔂𝓶𝓹𝓪𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓽𝓲𝓬 𝓷𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓸𝓾𝓼 𝓼𝔂𝓼𝓽𝓮𝓶.
>reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, and support immune function.

Have you heard about eight limbs of yoga?

It’s the ancient wisdom that supporting / elevating our physical Yoga practice.

The first two limbs are Yama (external) & Niyama (internal) ethics, they may seem vague at first, but once we are willing to open the door, they are absolutely practical and valuable.

We can start embracing them on the mat!

They help us to create mental spaciousness, be more connected with meditation and asana practice as an ethical grounding.

Yoga is a conscious lifestyle, and it’s constantly evolving.
