Our minds process a lot! Often, modern life gives us too much to process and it can be overwhelming. In many ways, I don’t think we were designed to love life at such a fast pace.

However, all is not lost. How can we master our minds when our attention spans are shrinking? What can we do to cultivate peace of mind? Is meditation even possible? Of course it is! My speciality is sharing tips for calming a neuro-spicy mind.

Yoga and mindfulness practices can have a profoundly positive impact on our neurobiology and neural pathways, leading to enhanced mental and spiritual well-being. However, many yoga studios and teachers who are not well-versed in this knowledge can hinder their students’ mental health without realising it. This course helps you understand yoga’s proven process for regulating your nervous system and navigating personal challenges. Ideal for yoga teachers to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga beyond teaching poses.

Living in community, with our humanity intact, serving with kindness, embracing imperfections, being present for one another and to ourselves is yoga.

When you practice listening to your inner signals, you gain the capacity to:
- Learn how your mind and gut work and how they interact
- Intercept patterns that don’t serve you or your peace of mind
- Unpack potential root causes of anxiety and/or depression
- Choose your own peace of mind above all else, even if that means saying “no.”
- Courageously face challenges in your personal capacity
