We will walk from Discovery Bay to Mui Wo and then meditate together at the Silvermine Bay Beach.

🌈 The 2025 Asian Festival “Healing Medicine for Ourself and Others” will be held in Hong Kong from 12-15 December. Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang will come to Hong Kong to grant the blessing empowerment of Medicine Buddha and give commentary to the practice.

周末課程 -- 三十五懺悔佛的教學與導引修持 見道法師主持

佛陀曾經教導許多方法，讓我們的心免於任何負面業力，這樣我們就可以徹底成就我們的潛能，證得正覺的喜悅。

在這周末課程，見道法師將解釋三十五懺悔佛的修持，並講授尊貴的格西格桑嘉措仁波切的著作《菩薩戒》的教義。我們也將有機會一起進行《大乘聖三聚經》的淨化練習。

透過修持此練習，我們可以消除負面業力，培養一個始終正面的心理環境，並能夠幫助有需要的人。

PURE LIKE A STAINLESS MOON
Weekend Course with Gen Kelsang Tonglam -- Teachings and Guided Practice on The 35 Confession Buddhas
21 - 23 November. Everyone welcome!

Buddha taught many methods for freeing our mind from any trace of negativity so that we can achieve our full potential and attain the happiness of enlightenment.

On this weekend course, Gen Tonglam will explain the practice of the 35 Confession Buddhas, and give teachings from the book, The Bodhisattva Vow, written by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. We will also have the opportunity to engage together in the purification practice of the Mahayana Sutra of the Three Superior Heaps.

By engaging in this practice we can eliminate negative karma, develop a mental environment that is always positive, and become able to help those in need.

Fee: $300. Teaching in Cantonese with English and Mandarin translation.
