The depth of character only becomes visible through action. Words and external appearances may deceive temporarily but the quality of thought shines through behaviour. The true test of integrity is only clear when times become difficult.

Pouring love into every task bring back the enjoyment no matter how tired I feel. My energy slowly starts to replenish and enables me to keep going with new found strength and the mood stays calm and cool.

Giving the self and others the space to think things through and rectify mistakes without getting irritated is a great way to motivate and develop. Learning to assess the risk involved and acting accordingly is only possible when there is no fear of criticism.

Help without splashing your name on the achievement and leave without waiting for the results. When giving assistance becomes transactional it loses its strength and becomes tarnished with selfish motives.

Paying attention to quality of every action and interaction by ensuring they are filled with values enhances every experience. Even if there is failure, there is satisfaction that at least I gave it my best and left the rest without dwelling on it.
