趁黑雨較空閒又分享下，病人3個月前突然出現拇指「彈弓手」（各位可自行google該病，不謷），一出現拇指指間關節（即指甲對落個關節）已經無法屈曲，其間睇物理治療只有掌指關節（即虎口位置）痛少許舒緩，指間關節始終無法屈曲，這是第一次治療後情況，病人幾個月來首次可以屈曲，並在無需幫助下自行伸直。不過醫師仍然要提醒各位，任何勞損性疾病，需要的治療期均較長，但我派整體治療的方法，加上病人配合下，在治療過程中病情會逐漸舒緩，並可 減少復發機會。 #漢光中醫診所 #彈弓手 #手指屈肌腱狹窄性腱鞘炎 #整體療法 #針灸 #砭石 #推拿
