🎄Inspired by the spirit of festive joy, we are organizing a Native American give-away tradition. Join us in this meaningful programme, you will be amazed by the outcome of what you intend to give away and what you are going to receive!

In Native American cultures, the Give Away Ceremony is the ultimate act of selfless living. Rather than expect guests to shower a person with gifts on a special occasion, the reverse occurs: the honoured individual presents everyone else with something special.

An underlying value of the give away is to keep one’s belongings to a minimum, sharing abundance with all those around. The ancestors did not equate a person’s wealth with possessions, so the give-away not only showed generosity, but kept a light load for easy travel. It also showed a great trust in spirit in that you were always provided for and taken care of.

Every one today seems to have more possessions than they actually need. Take a look around and see what items are absolute and essential. Use the give-away as a means to clear space in your physical environment. This will help lead to sharper focus and increased creativity and spiritual abundance.

🔔Some tips:

🌟Undertake the ceremony in a spiritual manner. If you are looking to dump your tackiest stuff, then your heart is in the wrong place. If you are doing this as a plan to amass future favors or to manipulate the laws of cause and effect, then stop right now. The focus should be on the joy that you will bring to others with your gifts.

Whilst it can be a new gift that you are happy to give, it can also be something that you feel it’s time to let go.

🌟Take your time in choosing what to give away: Go through your possessions or get a new item, and make a connection between the gift and someone dear to you. If not then meditate and allow spirit to help you as you go.

🌟Clean energy. Clean the gift physically and spiritually.

🌟Gift wrap it. Make it beautiful and unique. So the person receiving it feels special and can feel and appreciate the beauty of the gift.

🌟Personally acknowledge each and every recipient. Let each person in your give away know why you are giving them this, what the gift mean to you, and your wishes and prayers for that person and their family.

Energy is all there is. Our body is a latticework of energies. We are born with the ability to heal ourselves. This is the cornerstone of Energy Medicine.
We are all burdened with stresses of modern life, electromagnetic frequencies and chemical pollutants. Our bodies have not been able to adapt to all these fast-paced changes that throw our energies out of balance. We HAVE to evolve our bodies!

This workshop focuses on the Daily Energy Routine (DER) which is developed by Donna Eden, Master Teacher Healer. Practicing the DER will have positive impact on the energy systems that make up our body. By just using our own hands and work on our own energy field through the DER, we would be able to awaken our own internal healer:

- raise our vitality and overall health
- strengthen immunity
- alleviate stress and negative thoughts
- Lessen aches, pains, illness, and disease
- Increase focus, clarity and productivity
- Create deeper happiness, satisfaction, and contentment

This is an interactive class, there will be demonstration of the DER techniques and participants will be given time to practice the techniques.

The sanskrit name of the Medicine Buddha is Bhaisajyaraja. The Chinese call him Yao Shi Fo 藥師佛, the Tibetans Sangye Menla, and the Japanese Yakushi. The Medicine Master Lapis Lazuli Light King Buddha 藥師琉璃光佛 is a great Master who made many vows to alleviate the suffering of all beings.

The Medicine Buddha teachings is for spiritual healing, protection, prevention of illness, dispelling disaster and longevity 消災延壽, bringing forth good health, fortune and luck. It is also the most powerful blessing for awakening the innate healing wisdom that lies within every individual.

In this presentation, there will be a blissful guided meditation to help you connect
with the Medicine Buddha. You will learn
✨ the Tibetan version of the Medicine Buddha Mantra and visualization
✨ the many benefits of practicing Medicine Buddha teachings
✨ how to use the mantra to increase the power of medicines and other objects
