✨ 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹: After your practice, jot down 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪'𝙧𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚. Then, safely burn it or tear it up as a symbolic act of surrender.

This full moon, we invite you to not push the intensity away, but to lean into it. Use your practice to create space, release what no longer serves you, and 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.
