[Project Management for Country Club Renovation]

Proud to have led the renovation of Shek O Country Club's members' areas, including the bar and changing facilities. Our project management expertise proved invaluable in coordinating multiple stakeholders and consultants while preserving the club's historic charm.

Working with a member board required clear communication and consensus-building skills that ensured smooth decision-making throughout the renovation process. The result: elevated social and wellness spaces that honour tradition while meeting contemporary needs.
