😌 What does your self-care routine look like? It could be a mix of physical, emotional, and mental activities like prioritizing sleep, healthy eating, and staying active while also making time for relaxing hobbies, social connections, and stress-reducing practices. For me, trying to juggle work, 3 kids, a household and everything in-between means my needs often take a backseat. But when I turned 40, I realized how important it is to take care of myself so that I can take care of others. Embedded in my self-care routine are monthly IV drips to enhance hydration, boost energy, improve immune function, and promote healthier skin. Sometimes I go with friends and it turns into a social IV drip party! Whatever and however you choose to take care of yourself, remember it’s ok to choose YOU sometimes (we working moms often forget this). You cannot give from an empty vessel. 💕
