每日洗頭,但到下午頭皮又油膩?

濕熱體質的人最容易遇上頭油問題。
飲食油膩重口味、經常熬夜 → 脾胃運化失常,濕熱上蒸至頭頂 → 皮脂分泌過旺。

怎樣改善?
外在調護
– 洗頭適度:每日 1 次即可
– 選用清爽無添加洗頭水
– 護髮素只塗髮尾,避免接觸頭皮
– 平日多梳頭,促進血液循環
內在調理
– 多吃清熱祛濕食材:冬瓜、生薏米、赤小豆、粟米鬚、菊花、雞蛋花
– 減少生冷、煎炸、油膩、重口味食物

How to improve?
External care
– Wash hair once a day (not more)
– Choose lightweight, additive-free shampoo
– Apply conditioner only from mid-length to ends (avoid scalp)
– Brush hair often to boost circulation
Internal care
– Eat foods that clear heat & drain dampness: winter melon, coix seed, red beans, corn silk, chrysanthemum, frangipani flower
– Cut back on cold, fried, oily, and overly seasoned foods
