Bad memory ≠ a disease
Often it’s two things: poor habits + outsourcing memory to your phone.
Use these 3 steps to bring it back:
1. Motivation – decide why it matters. The brain invests in what you value
2. Association – link new info to something vivid you already know (name ↔ feature, number ↔ image).
3. Focus & Rehearsal – short focused input, then active recall at 5–10–24 hours to write it in.
