🌕 Mid Autumn Full Moon Sound Bath & Yoga

Let’s gather together to celebrate the Mid Autumn Full Moon festival on the first Sunday of October 🍂

🌕 We will start with some gentle Yoga movements & breathing exercises to prepare the body for stress release and deep relaxation 🪷
🌕 Next we lay down comfortably to rest and enjoy the healing frequency of the Gong and other sacred sound healing instruments 🤍
