Floatation therapy is also known as Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy. It's a way to soothe and heal the body from the constant stress of life's daily pressures. You can leave the noise and bright lights behind to experience total relaxation and deep healing in your own private and peaceful space. Created with a personal experience in mind, our pods allow you to be in full control of your float environment exploring isolation at your own pace and comfort. Sensory deprivation is utilised for a wide range of uses and fulfills many different physiological and psychological levels. Our DreamPods are filled with 500kg of Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) water, regulated at the average skin temperature (34.5 degrees Celsius). Combining these elements creates buoyancy for your body to float effortlessly, free from gravity, light, sound and touch.
