2014年，第一間TreeHouse the spiritual shop在中環成立。

2016年，我們在旺角成立了第二間Treehouse- Treehouse Yoga. Treehouse一直致力提倡身心靈平衡，成立其中一個目的，是希望在繁忙的地區，也可以提供一個舒適的環境，讓大家可以有機會藉此更了解自己，同時亦可讓這作為身體及靈魂充電休息的地方。

Treehouse Yoga擁有專業導師教授，堅持小班教學，確保老師與學生有足夠交流。我們提供專業瑜珈課程和半空無重瑜珈(Aerial Yoga/Flying Yoga)，適合不同程度學生。我們亦會定期與Treehouse the Spiritual Shop 一同舉辦精神瑜珈課堂。

"Yoga is not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn on your way down." Treehouse Yoga注重瑜珈動作，更注重瑜珈精神。瑜伽(Yoga) 此字在梵文中，是來自YO 和GA兩個字根，此兩個字根的結合，代表了整體意識與個體意識的重新吻合。 所以，各種瑜伽的修練、不該只是專注在身體，而是我們的身、心、靈平衡。

此外我們引入了2D氣場分析機，並由我們專業的氣場分析師為大家進行氣場分析。令學生更了解自己氣場，選擇最適合自己的瑜珈課程，作岀調正令身心靈可達至平衡。

在這個繁嚣熱鬧的都市，每個人都正在為了不同的目標奮鬥努力，而我們希望在這個繁華的角度，可以提供一間屬於大家的TreeHouse，讓每個人都可以找到一個屬於自己的小空間。
