Ancient wisdom for modern life | Radiant Body Yoga | Essential Oils Hi! I recently added essential oils to my life essentials' mix.

I'm a yoga nut, a happy essential oil user, a meditator, an avid traveler and a true believer that life is way too short to sleepwalk through it! Yoga has been my rock and life saviour for several years now... Life can get kinda hectic with 4 little kids around! My life mantra: "Every decision is a choice; choose wisely!". OmPowered Living will serve as a platform to share all things healthy, yoga and essential oils related events and workshops, and inspiring tips based on ancient wisdom and practices for modern life

I have absolutely loved the past 40 days. Rolling out of bed at 4:30am to chant 108 rounds of the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra before sunrise. It’d been a while since I last did that and I missed it. The silence is quite magical during those early hours when the world still sleeps. 40 days honoring Lord Shiva and — so many attachments, conditioned beliefs, negative thoughts and patterns... Letting it all go, one chant at a time.

I loved how it aligned perfectly to take me all the way to Spring 🌱🌸 This morning’s practice, under the aftermath of the Full Moon… the cherry on the cake!
