We recently had the privilege of teaching a CPR/AED course to the wonderful members of F45 Training Quarry Bay & Wong Chuk Hang. This has now been our 2nd class with them, and its always inspiring to see their amazing enthusiasm and dedication to learning these life saving skills! Welcome to the Emergency First Responder family! 🫶

Well done to for completing the Primary & Secondary Care course. Over two days, we have honed in our skills to become effective first responders to life threatening/ non-life threatening situations. is a fantastic outdoor adventure school, who design day/week long camps and specialises in sports and adventure activities for kids in Hong Kong. 🏅🏊‍♂️🧗‍♂️

Another successful CPR/AED course done and dusted! Thank you & for taking on the EFR course with a fun and positive attitude. 👏👏

Fitness instructors are no stranger to first aid courses, so our goal was to make it fun and lively whilst keeping it relevant and informative. 🥳🤓

Skills included CPR & AED for both adults and children 👶👨‍👩‍👦‍👦, plus choking and accident management skills. ⛑️🚑
