懷疑自己或者屋企人有睡眠窒息症，點算好？

1. 自我觀察：記錄自己嘅睡眠狀況及日間嘅精神狀態。
2. 尋求專業意見：前往睡眠中心或耳鼻喉科進行評估。
3. 接受檢查：進行「睡眠檢測」，喺屋企或醫院瞓一晚，就可以準確咁斷症。
4. 常見嘅治療方式包括：
o 生活習慣改變：減肥、側睡、戒酒等
o 使用正氣壓呼吸機（CPAP）
o 手術治療
