We stretch ourselves too thin.
We say yes too often.
We fill our days with things (and people) that donât truly nourish us⌠and we say âthis is lifeâ.
But when we do this day after day,
the body begins to show what the soul already knows: âthis is not lifeâ.
Over time, the signs appearâŚ
the overwhelm, the resentment, the quiet ache that something is missing.
When that happens, itâs an invitation to pause.
To look at what (or who) is draining our energy.
To ask, where can I simplify?
Because simplification isnât about loss.
Itâs a clearing of what no longer serves us,
so that what truly matters can have space to breathe again.
Simplicity is not emptiness, itâs spaciousness.
Itâs what allows meaning, peace & joy to find their way back home.
So look around, yes⌠but also look within.
Thatâs where the true work of simplification begins.
Make life simple, but significant. đ¤
