Job Title: Physiotherapy Assistant (Part-Time)
Hours: 2-2.5 days/week (to be discussed during the interview)
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Part-Time Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to break into the healthcare and fitness industry. You will work closely with our Physiotherapists to ensure our patients receive high-quality care and our clinic runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Exercise Supervision: Guide patients through their prescribed rehabilitation programs, ensuring they use correct form and technique.
Clinical Support: Assist Physiotherapists with daily tasks to streamline patient transitions and treatment sessions.
Patient Engagement: Motivate and support patients during their recovery journey.
Clinic Maintenance: Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary equipment.
Requirements
Language: Must be a fluent Cantonese speaker to communicate effectively with our patients.
Experience: No prior work experience or degree required! We are happy to train the right person who has a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and a friendly, professional manner.
Reliability: Punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

While not required, we would highly value candidates with:
Language Skills: Ability to speak English and/or Mandarin.
Education: A degree (or currently studying) in Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Coaching.
Experience: Previous experience as an assistant in a clinical or fitness setting.
Background: A Coaching Certificate or a strong athletic/sports background.
