I asked my students after every class, over 50% of them spent time on mobile before going to bed or after got up right away from bed !
The fact that clinging on mobile seems to become a habit. We have been losing contact with the being to connect with the self rather than that, we focus on wandering the news from others that may not serve us. We have the ability to listen but only attempt to the sounds from the surrounding not from within. The healing gong music ensemble in Nature Yoga allows you to practise listening to the present moment... you create a space for self healing from the sound of silence.
