Studios in Tung Chung & Central Fitness in Motion started as a company to help people with their weight loss plan and support they journey to health and fitness. We have helped hundreds of clients with weight loss diet, weight loss exercise and transformative approach to successfully achieve long term well being . In the beginning of 2021, we opened the first fitness and martial arts studio in Tung Chung which continue providing our clients with weight loss services but now we have extended our services far beyond that . We have gathered a team of highly qualified instructors and coaches to provide wide range of classes and physical activity for both kids and adults . We offer wide range of Yoga , Conditioning , Bootcamp and Martial arts classes including :
