Why most of the fitness industry bets on you failing! ๐ฏ๐ก
Hola! How is everyone?
As we were taking our walk and talking about how we can be better with our own health and life as well as help make a more positive impact on our members, friends and family...
It reminded me why I never really loved being in the fitness industry.
The fitness industry is NOT designed to get most people results.
Hereโs the thing... you could want to lose 10 pounds but if you donโt work on your mindset first to make those changes, it wonโt actually happened and if it does, youโll revert back and end up gaining even more weight than before!
People are lazy, we all want to be lazy but itโs at the cost of who you want to and could be.
To lose 10 pounds for example, you would have to...
* Eat well
* Exercise
* Be positive
* Focus on a goal
* Have a supportive coach/community
CONSISTENTLY!
Yes, there are a lot of things to do but itโs the honest truth!
Try following these steps to make positive changes in your life and habits...
1. Figure out who you want to be, what you want to look and feel like and what 3 things you want people to think about you (i.e. an awesome, sexy strong woman/man).
2. Do things in accordance to step one. For example, if you want to be considered a strong, disciplined and positive woman. - you would have to...
* Train consistently
* Work on your mindset
* Eat whole-foods, plant-based
* Have fun and fulfilling experiences
Identity is important. Create an easy plan to follow for your fitness, food, relationships and growth habits.
Writing a plan will help you set the right steps in place and help you become more organised.
1. Everyday believe and work hard and consistently towards an end goal. We recommend shooting for a 12 week goal.
2. Slowly become the person you imagined. What we think, we become and if we take action towards it, we become it.
Most in the fitness industry donโt want you to know the truth about mental and physical health, that you can change your situation and health. They will just continue to take your money.
You are a business to them, until you decided not to be.
So, step up and take control of your life and habits, one step at a time of course.
