Built in 1910 in the style of the Austro-Hungarian Empire the former “Hotel Riviera” was the first hotel in world heritage city of Porec and counted the Austrian nobility for its sophisticated guests. Maintaining the architecture of that time in 2009 it opened again after extensive renovation and under its new name “Grand Hotel Palazzo“. Now it offers international clientele a wonderful symbiosis of magnificent architecture of the bygone era and the technological conveniences of today’s top hotels.
