Mouvman Sosyal Tèt Kale a MTK se yon mouvman ke yon gwoup volontè nan sektè Prive a mete sou pye pou ede vizyon Prezidan Michel Joseph Mateli a ateri, yon vizyon ki chita ampil sou pwojè sosyal ki pral amelyore la vi popilasyon an. the Social Mouvment Tet Kale, MTK has been created by a group of volunteers in the Private sector to accomplish the vision of President Martelly who from the beginning was concerned about the welfare not of a group but the Haitian population by providing them with social programs and other services that meet their needs. President Martelly has a dream of building alongside the national roads first aid emergency response centes. In that vision, 360 first aid workers have followed during 3 months training on first aid response. 160 in Port-au-Prince and 200 in Cap Haitien. There will be 200 to start in the south in Les Cayes very soon. LET US JOIN OUR FORCES. LET US BRING TO THE POPULATION OUR EXPERTISE. NOTWITHSTANDING YOUR SOCIAL STANDING , YOUR ECONOMIC STATUS , A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT MAY BE FATAL TO YOU OR MEMBERS OF YOUR FAMILY. MTK is determined to find the necessary funds to install these centers. HAITIANS WHEREVER YOU ARE LET US MOVE FORWARD. DOCTORS, NURSES, TECHNICIANS EVERYONE LET US HELP OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS.
