Loneliness during the Holidays – my blog post:

A glimpse from the writing:
… I was alone in a 91-square-meter family house with my three dogs and two cats, my unprocessed grief, and my PTSD. I was 23. And I was thinking about killing myself. I was going through the most difficult period of my life. In the end, I stayed (not everyone is happy about that, I know). How — you ask? Well..., I signed up for an exam on December 27, 2005. I was studying Human Resource Economics.

To conclude this article with a humorous observation: based on empirical evidence, I can say that a (successful) HR exam can be a lifesaver, while psychotherapy can bring wholeness, a meaningful life, mutually joyful human relationships, and a redefinition of social space: resulting in a more complete life.

… Egyedül voltam egy 91 négyzetméteres családházban, a három kutyámmal és a két macskámmal, a feldolgozatlan gyászommal, meg a PTSDmmel. 23 éves voltam. És azon gondolkoztam, hogy megöljem-e magamat. Életem legnehezebb időszakán mentem át. Maradtam végül (nem mindenki örül ennek, tudom). Hogyan? - azt kérdezed? Hááát..., bejelentkeztem egy vizsgára 2005. december 27.-ére. Humánerőforrás gazdaságtant tanultam.

Hogy egy humoros megállapítással zárjam ezt az írásomat: empirikus alapom mondhatom, hogy a (sikeres) HR vizsga életmentő lehet, míg a pszichoterápia teljességet, értelemteli életet, kölcsönösen örömteli emberi kapcsolatokat, és a szociális tér újra-definiálását tudja hozni: egy teljesebb életet eredményez.
Komolyra fordítva a szót: …
